Every order ships Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — the price at checkout is all you pay, with no customs charges on delivery. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $1,000.

Order processing
- In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days.
- Pre-order items are dispatched before 22 June.
- We don’t process or ship on weekends or public holidays.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they ship separately at no extra cost. Prefer one shipment? Contact our Customer Care team after placing your order.
Taxes & duties
- All orders ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP): no additional taxes or duties are collected on delivery, and all fees are calculated at checkout.
- For customs clearance, couriers may occasionally request identification such as a tax identification number; customers are responsible for providing it to avoid delays.
- IN SOLISIA isn’t liable for delays caused by customs or other external factors.
Order changes & cancellations
- Once placed, orders can’t be modified or cancelled.
Lost or refused deliveries
- Once the courier marks an order delivered, IN SOLISIA isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Refused deliveries are subject to deductions from your refund — original shipping, return shipping, customs duties, and a handling fee.
Faulty items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review and resolve it promptly.
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange. Full-price items can be returned or exchanged; promotional items can be exchanged for a different size. Your first size exchange is on us.
How it works
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Full-price items are eligible for return. Promotional items aren’t returnable but can be exchanged for a different size.

Return eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:
- Purchased directly from insolisia.com
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or other odors
We may decline returns that don’t meet these criteria; declined returns are sent back to you without a refund.
Exchanges
- You may exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability. We offer one complimentary size exchange per item; any further exchanges — including shipping, taxes, and duties — are at your expense.
- Exchanges ship by standard delivery. Need express? Email [email protected].
- We dispatch exchanges within 2 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanged items are final sale and non-refundable.
Return shipping
- US orders return to our US warehouse; all other orders return to our Shanghai warehouse.
- Returns must reach the designated warehouse within 14 business days of approval.
- We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — please use a traceable courier and keep your proof of postage.
- Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- We process refunds within 7 days of receiving your return.
- You’ll receive an email once your return is approved and your refund has been issued.
- Refunds can take several business days to appear in your account. If you don’t see yours within 7 business days, please contact your bank.
